Sébastien Huu-Phuc Nguyen is the son of an acupuncturist. He was born and grew up in Switzerland. He will made his first trip to South East Asia in 1990 and then went back and forth before settling later in Thailand where he has been working as a professional musician in several provinces.
His stay in the land of smiles, which lasted 7 years, gave him the opportunity to learn and integrate Thai culture and the Thai language, to practice vipassana meditation, and also to learn and practice « nuad boran » or traditional Thai massage.
With his diploma from the Wat Pho School in Bangkok, and from the Old Medicine Hospital in Chiang Mai, Sébastien has also received private tuition in this art during his time in the provinces of Thailand. In January 2006, Sébastien finished his training - requiring 600 hours at the Thai massage school of Chiang Mai - and received with honours the diploma "Thai Massage Professional and Teacher Credential Accreditation all levels authorized by the Thai Ministry of Education"
Back in Geneva Sébastien opened the "Centre Tawan" and now is happy to welcome you and let you discover the relaxing and therapeutic benefits of traditional Thai massage!
